When water leaks from a pipe under pressure it causes the pipe and the surrounding building material to vibrate. Using sophisticated, sensitive electronic equipment we can home in on and pinpoint a leak with precision accuracy. This minimises the size of the access we have to make to get to the leak.

Water leaks cause temperature anomalies on the surface of solid building materials. With skilfully use of an infrared camera we can identify where issues exist within your property without damage.
Tracer Gas
By draining down your central heating system or water supply pipe system and inserting a special gas we can use a "sniffing" device to locate where the gas is escaping. The harmless gas is a mix of 5% Hydrogen and 95% Nitrogen which is odourless, non-toxic and inert.
Ferret Technology
The "Ferret" is a UK designed device for inserting into water supply pipes to find leaks. The head of the Ferret is designed to follow the flow of water in a pipe and stop where the leak causes a differential in pressure. By then sending a radio signal to the head a scanner on the surface can locate the head at the point of the leak.
